A graduate of Lincoln High School and Yale University, Flowers played basketball at both schools.     VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - Police have arrested a Vancouver, Washington, man who they say was selling fake tickets to events in the Portland, Oregon, area. The Vancouver Police Department says 30-year-old Ahmad Shahrokh was arrested Thursday on charges of forgery, theft and possession of controlled substances. Authorities were looking for a man with a green car after several people bought the fake tickets took photographs of the man and reported the car's license plate
