    Three officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) were Tuesday swept by floods while heading to a peace meeting at Illeret area, Marsabit County. The incident occurred after River Balal broke its banks following heavy rains, washing away the vehicle the three were traveling in.
