    Kiambu Governor William Kabogo was yesterday ordered to pay his rival Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu Sh5.3 million as costs in case which was ruled in Kabogo’s favour. The orders were issued after Kabogo’s petition challenging Waititu’s Punjab University degree case was dimissed last year. Waititu filed a bill of costs totalling Sh50.9 million which he says he accrued in the case
