- Tang Yew Liang Joseph, a 33-year-old, was fined $4,800 for pet abandonment and keeping of unlicensed dogs, the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) said in a press release on Thursday (Jun 1). The AVA conducted investigations following the notification of the abandonment of two pet dogs at Blk 150 Ubi Ave 4. The dogs were abandoned at two separate locations (Ubi Ave 1 and Save Our Street Dogs (SOSD) rehabilitation centre) since November 2016 and have been taken in by a fosterer and SOSD
